These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the 7chinapv website and static materials made available through it (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides an index and reading aids for third-party and archival research materials related to photovoltaic and solar sector equities and industries. Unless expressly stated otherwise, 7chinapv does not provide brokerage, investment advisory, or portfolio management services.

PDFs, issuer websites, broker portals, and other destinations may be linked from the dataset. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. 7chinapv is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

5. Intellectual property

The Site template (layout, styling, and original explanatory text created for the hub) is provided as part of your project. Underlying analyst reports, logos, and excerpts remain the property of their respective owners. Your deployment must respect copyrights and redistribution restrictions attached to each research document.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 7CHINAPV AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), IF ANY SUCH FEES EXIST; FOR A FREE STATIC DEPLOYMENT, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be noted in a revision date below when you maintain this file in source control.
